  1. 1997Foundation and institutional framework

    The foundation was established to advance relations between the two countries under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ihsan Doğramacı and upon the recommendation of Heydar Aliyev.

  2. 2019New presidency period

    Prof. Dr. Aygün Attar was elected president; during this period the foundation moved to its new location and reinforced its public visibility and institutional representation.

  3. 2023Tax-exempt status

    A presidential decision granted the foundation tax-exempt status, making institutional trust and the donation ecosystem more visible.

  4. 202730th year counter

    As institutional memory moves into a new chapter, the road to the foundation's 30th year is made visible through a live counter.

TADIV was established in 1997 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ihsan Doğramacı and upon the recommendation of Heydar Aliyev, then President of Azerbaijan.
