President’s short biography

She graduated from Baku State University. She completed her master's degree at the Institute of History of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences and her doctorate at the Institute of History of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Her work focuses on modern history and the Turkic world. She served as vice rector and rector at Giresun University and also undertook public responsibilities in different periods. She has served as president of the foundation since November 2019.
